Great location, lovely space, the restaurant and restaurant staff was great. The room was spacious and lovely. Front desk staff could be a little bit more pleasant (ladies in particular) The housekeeping staff was the best. Sandton train station is within a <10 mins walk and lots of great restaurants in that area.

Excellent location, very enjoyable stay.

8/10 Very good

It is a great location, especially if you want privacy and still have access to shops, etc. The only problem I had was with temperature regulation. With only 1 heater/AC unit in the room, the other rooms (bathroom, sitting room, etc.) were usually cold even when you leave all doors open. The single heater/AC unit is not powerful enough to heat the entire environment. The staff was kind enough to bring me an additional portable heater for the other room.

Lovely stay

We stayed for just one night, but this place is lovely. Service at the desk is fantastic, and the quality of the accommodations measures up to it. The bed is a little firm, otherwise it would’ve received five stars across the board.

Just wished staff had accommodated my ask for a more easily accessible room with kids and luggage. Other than that - it was perfect. Especially enjoyed the restaurant :)

The staff is amazing. Everything is very clean and easy. Except for the breakfast. The said it was included and they charged me separately. There’s nno buffet, you have to order from the menu and it’s not really cheap.
