I need to complain Hotel.com, not the hotel owner concerned. Only arriving late night to check in, was I told by the owner that his hotel had been closed for a long while because of covid and thus no business. The owner Jeff didn’t understand why hotel.com still accepted my booking and confirmed it. I don’t understand either. The owner was nice enough to prepare the room for me and I was waiting in the cold for half an hour. Yet the room wasn’t really well set up for guests and therefore offered terrible experience for me. Please kindly look into your system and integrity of running hotel booking!!!
