Perfect hotel in a perfect place . Stayed two nights for a music festival which was a ten minute walk along the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time I visit, I will book again.

Disappointed
Room had cobwebs and dust! No interaction between owners and guests! Didn't even introduce themselves! Breakfast was ok but served in a silent room so felt awkward! Very basic b&b so only ok for a one night stopover! Any longer then its better to go somewhere else!

We were greeted warmly on our arrival. Everything was explained in a friendly but professional manner. We were taken up to our room which all wasn't huge was comfortable with a tea tray and kettle. The bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organised and nothing was too much trouble for Colette and the team . The property is away from Butlins with a lovely walk either way out the property. It's very quite here.

4/10 Fair

was very disappointed. Not a great welcome from the host. tried to engage in in conversation but she wasn't interested. Room was very small. and advertised with a Seaview. But the sea view was if you squeezed up by the wardrobe as window was in the garden. Breakfast was okay but no choice.

Excellent personal service. I felt very comfortable sitting in the bar having a meal and a drink as a single woman. Food was excellent - freshly cooked and hot. Breakfast was fab.

I had an over night stay. The room had a view of the beach and the place felt very homey. The full English breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

A nights rest
As my husband has limited mobility he needs to use both a wheelchair and crutches, we knew this Inn only had upstairs accommodation but we wanted a quite place after travelling and before joining family at Butlins, we were placed on the 1st floor with a sea view, which was manageable with crutches, and they made space downstairs for the wheelchair so I had no struggles with it. The room was clean and well maintained, bedding smelling clean and fresh, tea and coffee provided, we had a Sunday roast along with a decent local beer, well cooked and plentiful, locals inside the restaurant which we feel says a lot about the cuisine, breakfast which was included in the room rate, was really good, juice, cereal, full English, toast, preserves washed down with fresh coffee, more than enough to set us up for the day. Although we didn't use parking family did when picking us up, free parking spaces outside the Inn and reasonably priced parking along the seafront. The walks along the seafront were flat and good for walking, Will book again,
