Nice hotel near the quayside
Lovely hotel in great location near the quayside. Staff very helpful and bar relaxing to get a drink in. Room was spacious and shower great - however, it was a bit tired and needs a refresh, the bed was a bit firm as well.

Night away
Great place as stayed in on of the suite looking over the water, check was quick despite a couple of issues but resolved quick. Parking charged at £15.00 for onsite parking which I always think should be included.
Suite was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast which was fresh and prompt

Cannot fault our stay. Staff, particularly Jack at the bar were absolutely amazing! So friendly, couldn’t be more helpful, with a smile on their face even right at the end of the shift. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time we visit Newcastle. Room was clean, well proportioned and tastefully decorated. Brilliant for the money we paid.

Lovely hotel. Service, food and ambience all great. We were given what appeared to be a disability access room which we hadn’t asked for but it was fine. We would stay here again.

Great time in Newcastle
Great time at the Hotel which is just outside the city centre - about a fifteen minute walk by the river and quayside. The hotel is also well situated for visits to the biscuit factory and ouseburn. Hotel was clean and friendly - very nice bistro - staff very professional and helpful.

Wouldn't Bother!
Bridge view suite, room smelt awful on entering. The room was next to a very busty road, so noisy. Oney hotel I've ever stayed in where you have to pay to use the hotels umbrella! Unbelievable Parking is very limited and not good...

Great Hotel, Poor Internet
Awesome hotel, but it gets only three stars as the internet was down the entire time of our stay, including public spaces.

Great hotel nice location for a special occasion
Good boutique hotel catering for the upper end of customers. Fantastic rooms with a bath in the room. Ad great furniture and fireplace. This is a place you want to go to if you don’t want a run of the mill experience. It’s not far from Newcastle quayside
