Staff were lovely, especially Demi. Our king bed was two singles pushed together, the shower flooded the bathroom, holes in the bathroom door where a handle should have been, average hotel and not worth the money paid.

Not sure about the parking....
The stay itself was perfectly fine, the location is very close to where you want to be. Whats really been a let down is the parking. I have stayed here once before and on both occasions I've given my ticket over to hotel staff and paid for the at the hotel for my discounted parking and on both occasions I've been stuck at the parking exit in my car and had to wait for an attendant to walk down from their office to check my recipt because the ticket continues to say that there is £20 outstanding and wont let me out. I am unsure whether this is poor instructions from the hotel staff or if their ticket system doesnt work but its quite stressful when you're holding up the exit and causing a queue.
