The personal of this hotel is really unfriendly. The checking process is cahotic and they do not make you feel welcome.

Good staff. The amenities were poor. The "gym" consisted of a stationary bike. That was it. The carpet in the hallways was stained. The security camera in the elevator was broken. It was repaired and is held in place by duct tape. The glass fire door in the hallway was broken. The broken glass is held in place by crime scene tape. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were very poor. Imagine a sack with four feathers in it. As soon as your head hits the pillow, the cushioning moves out of the way and your head is lying on the mattress. The air conditioning worked well, however, and the room was clean. Overall, not worth the price of the stay.

Ich war für den Mammutmarsch hier im Hotel, alles bestens. (Ausnahme: der Früh hat nicht funktioniert). Am Morgen nach dem Marsch konnte ich noch kostenlos nach dem Marsch noch im Wellnessbereich duschen, sehr praktisch vor der langen Heimreise.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, um das Neue Palais und den Park Sanssouci zu besuchen. Fußläufig sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Leider ist es etwas hellhörig und die Lüftungsanlage der Toilette läuft ununterbrochen mit entsprechenden Geräuschen.
