I really liked the decor of room. I would recommend getting new mattress it was so hard. Also it could use a microwave and coffee machine. Staff was amazing. It was cute inside and out. Parking across the street. Near restaurant and beaches.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy

The whole staff was welcoming! Communication was easy. The room was nicely done, clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful, no issues with hot water thank god. Parking was right across the street, great restaurants to walk to. Definitely staying again! Thank you for everything!

Hotel has a small kitchenette, small fridge and microwave. Very clean, cool and fresh. Check-in was easy, online. They provided me with the code for the main entrance (in case I arrived after hours) and a code for the room. Which I think it’s easier than carrying a card that you can loose. We had an issue with the bathtub and it was resolved pretty quickly. Staff was always available at the front desk. I asked about things to do around the area and the lady at the front was really well inform about the neighborhood and restaurants. Elevator is small but clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
