Better than average, but would not recommend
The staff was lovely, although not very helpful with information related to excursions or local points of interest. The hotel was in good condition, but not up to the standard that it appears in photos. There was also an issue checking into one of the 3 rooms we had reserved on the first night, and we spent over an hour at check in. That said, our kids had a nice time at the pool and housekeeping did a lovely job each day. While fine overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, my family and friends were bragging about what this place offers, the room was very clean and spacious. Loved the pool and the location 👌 the staff were very helpful and professional. Will let my family and friends stay here on the next trip.

Checking process was awful. First, I arrive at 2 pm and the lady told me that the room will be ready at 4pm. Thats perfect because thats my checkin hour.I wait in the pool and at 4pm I visit the counter to begin the check in process. Other lady told me that the room was not available and they couldn’t find any available room. She keep checking the system and after 1 hour she found 1 available room. Next, she charge my credit card for the room but the room was already paid through expedia. So she charge twice!!.(Also she was roughed to her partner in from all the clients just because she told her to answer the phone). She begin to solve the problem and told her to call me when she did it. She call me and ask again for the credit card for the credit. So she “did”it. When I told her to give me a receipt, she doesn’t know how to do it. I left because I have a dinner appointment and told her to call me. She never call me, so when I return another representative did the credit but also can’t print the receipt. Next day, in the morning, the other representative(totally four) can’t pront the receipt. This one, was the only one of the four who gave me a nice treatment.(Also the pool lady, she was awesome).So she said that the manager on the next morning will solve my problem. Never call me the manager so I keep tracking my credit card to see if they solve it and they did it. All of this happens in just one night(i book only one)
