Nice view
In general it has a good location and excellent view, but the hotel needs to be modernized and remodeled, the furniture in front of the elevator on each floor is in poor condition, the chairs in the lunch area are in poor condition, the lamps in the rooms are not The ideal ones and the bathroom mirror lamp has rust. Parking is not included and has a cost of US$15 per night, in addition to the fact that the parking lot is 3 or 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

Not the Best, Just Regular / Okay / Average
I stayed here for 1 night on 8/19/23. Of course, I wasn't aware that there was an additional $15/day parking fee and parking is not situated in the hotel. It's next door to the hotel, but I'm pretty sure it's owned by the hotel as well. Talk about trickery... I was greeted by a very patient and understanding front desk gentleman who seemed very empathetic to my situation. I had just come from experiencing issues at the airport (car rental issues with Budget's low budget self). The gentlemen in the ground floor directed me to the 2nd floor of the hotel to check-in, where, of course there was a line. I checked in after waiting for about 15 - 30 minutes. The room was definitely spacious, but the furniture was hell'a outdated. The room had a distinct smell which I didn't like. The only way I could describe it is as the smell in a motel room in the Bronx, NY lol. I live in the Bronx and have resided here for 12 years, so I know... Like cheap bar soap with a combination of sin and cigarette smoke. Ice machines were located on specific floors, NOT on all floors. I recommend asking at check in which floors ice machines are located in, or reading the signs around the hotel. Breakfast was okay, your regular American breakfast: cereal, milk, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, jam... no eggs or bacon so don't kid yourself. There are plenty of eateries in the area though. The view from my balcony was amazing, but the curtains in my room were not closing properly, smh.

Worst hotel ever!!!
When we arrived to this hotel the entry was terrible, the lobby was scary, the room smelled terrible was mold and was unpleasant to sleepy i goy sick and my allergies got worse, the TV was not working we call many times and the issue was not resolved they keep telling us they will sent the security guy which we don’t understand why!!! For the price we paid we was expecting a nice and pleasant hotel, compared with the other 3 stays this hotel was a 1 Star hotel!!!

Tragic experience
First off their is a two sided locked door inside the room and it clearly a way from them to just walk right into your room. As it unlock from the other side. The sheet had stains and there was cigarette buds on the balcony. When i went to express complaints i was told the room is in good condition and they will not accommodate me. I didnt even stsy at the hotel and was still charged the fully fee for the room and 150 deposit. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody Awe to make matters worst this was my birthday weekend and was ruined
