Learn more about Gatlinburg
Suspended between mountain wilderness and tourist kitsch, this gateway to the Smokies offers a peculiar charm. The aerial tramway whisks you to Ober Gatlinburg for year-round activities including summer alpine slides and winter skiing. Along the Parkway, moonshine distilleries offer tastings with entertaining histories that may or may not be entirely factual. Ripley's Aquarium showcases creatures far from their natural habitat, while the Space Needle provides views that explain why these mountains earned the 'Smoky' moniker. For a break from the neon and fudge shops, Great Smoky Mountains National Park begins where the pancake houses end. The SkyPark and Anakeesta offer treetop perspectives without the hiking, perfect for those who want mountain views with minimal exertion.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
"Great views! Apartment was clean and well maintained. Road is a little scary going up and down but not awful I’m afraid of heights so that’s why I was scared lol, pool and hot tub were nice. Would definitely stay here again!"
Baymont by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River
"Will definitely stay here again."
Holiday Inn Express Gatlinburg Downtown by IHG
"Ok the best part of this location was the water park. It was great for both kids and adults to enjoy. The only thing I didn't like was no hot tub but can't win them all. The rooms were extremely spacious, and the staff went above and beyond."
The Greystone Lodge on the River
"Place was clean and water pressure was great. "
Brookside Lodge
"The room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. Outside could be updated a little bit but overall good for the money."
The Wander Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham
"We had a great stay at Wander. We had trouble with our lock and getting help. When we got there, the keys they had preprogrammed didn't work. The desk staff didn't know how to program new ones and called for help 3 different times before anyone came to help. She tried to make a temporary care for us, but it wouldn't work either. We finally got that straightened out and the rest of the stay was smooth. We had a pet friendly room because we brought our dog, but the pet area was not close to our room. There may be rooms closer that are and we were just at the end of the pet friendly rooms, I'm not sure. Inside and outside pools were open, that was nice. The outside one wasn't the cleanest, but it was still ok. Breakfast was almost non-existent. There were boiled eggs, bread, bagels, and sausage patties. That's about it. We ended up having to go get breakfast. One reason we picked this one was the Continental breakfast, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a good stay though. We would stay here again with those things in mind ahead of time."
Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg
"Great place to stay for the location and price. Breakfast was a bonus!"
Best Western Johnson's Inn Downtown Gatlinburg
"Habitación limpia al igual que las instalaciones: solo dejar como referencia el desayuno que está muy pobre en ofertas ."
Bear Creek Inn
"Very basic hotel but the rooms were clean, the balcony and creek view was perfect! We slept with the door open the first night and just listened to nature. Nice size rooms. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again"
