Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel had recently had a fire, so some things were down for repair, but didn't effect our stay. Hotel was within walking distance to the center of town, and there is a free shuttle bus that ran every 20-30 minutes that drops off right in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in and out, quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean enough and didn't smell weird but the beds were disappointing. Can confirm, the bathroom is tiny. Could use a few more sq ft in there. The pools were great and not crowded. The other guests were friendly also. We did not try the cafe. The pizza in the hotel down the hill was great tho. Elevator wasn't scary. They really should replace the carpet. We like to avoid chains when possible.

The staff was wonderful the indo pool area and jacuzzi were closed due to a recent fire.And they were waiting on electrical wire to repair that section.I took it up and running again outdoor pool was open. The best part was the creek running along the back side is our room with the balcony the only issue is with their parking situations
