The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.

Highly recommend this place to stay if you were to visit Hoi An. The staff is exceptional! Honestly one of the most welcoming stays experienced! I am have to give a shout to Kathy! She made the duration of my stay incredible, she was super helpful, the service was amazing and never bat am eye to go above and beyond to try any help you. I can't express enough how this place had made my first time in Vietnam so memorable.
