When you first walk into this home, your eye is instantly drawn to the amazing view in front of you. Perched up slopeside along the Bretton Woods ski trails, the views are unbelievable, with the Presidential Range and Mount Washington towering right across the valley.

The large open living space on the main level invites you in with granite counters, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, a lovely wood-burning stone fireplace and a wall of windows to bring in the natural light and beautiful mountain views. On the upper level, you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, each featuring King beds and a private bathroom. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms with shared bath, and a second living area - a perfect space for the kids to hang out!

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No open flames within 10 feet of building including propane and charcoal grills. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed.
-No fire pits. $250 fee for violation.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $150 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
