Not fabulous - just adequate
I can't figure out why this property has a "Fabulous" rating on Hotels.com... Yes, the price was low and the property is close to restaurants and downtown. However, the room was small, dark and dingy. One small window that is under an overhang and tucked in the corner of the room did not provide any useful light. The carpet was filthy and overall the room felt old and outdated. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Finally, the room gave the impression that someone decided what furniture to place in the room without seeing the room, and then just made it fit - the TV was in front of the mirror, the desk chair was a large armchair (not on rollers) that partially blocked the access to the bathroom, a second large armchair was tucked in a corner, and there was a floor lamp randomly placed in the middle of the floor next to one of the beds. There were almost no outlets available for use in the room. Our reservation was for 3 adults and one child. The room had only 3 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hand towels. When I asked for more from the housekeeper (older male), I felt like I was being accused of stealing... On a positive note, the young man who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful - especially when, after one day of our 3 day stay, our keys stopped working.

Check in was fine but check out terrible. Weekend staff had no English and was very rude. Very limited parking and had to move the car four times for snow removal and staff had different instructions each time.
