About this villa
A completely new 2500 sq. ft. Villa with 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 common rooms for rent January 9th to January 26th, 2022, 7 day rental to include all luxury amenities. Unit includes full island kitchen; living room/dining area, 2 sofas (2 converts to 2 sofa bed to sleep) in the living room; balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Dawn Beach is one of the best beaches in St. Maarten, with stunning views of the beach, sands, neighboring island, St. Barts. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit (no extra charge). Big Fish restaurant is right around the corner and you will enjoy the scenery.
