Good location, easy walking distance to Al Haram
The hotel is in easy walking distance to Masjid Al Haram. It took us about 4 mins to walk from hotel reception to inside the Haram. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is one of the cleanest and well maintained of those I have stayed in Makkah. Rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds. The only negative things I would mention is the ground floor common toilets need to be maintained better, I had found small insects crawling all over the walls on each occasion I used them and the breakfast restaurant opens at 7am. The hotel should make efforts to open it at 6am like many others in Makkah. Each morning a crowd of guests gather in the hotel lobby waiting for the restaurant to open at 7 am and as soon as it does there is a mad rush for everyone to enter. All of this could be avoided by opening sooner as many Haji’s want breakfast soon after returning from Fajr salah so they can get a little rest straight away but are forced to stay up

Great stay overall. The staff was generally very helpful especially Nazrul and and Naeem. Everytime we needed information to get around, they would suggest us the best possible options.

Great location, but poor when it comes to cleaning the room during the stay. They did not take all the safety measures that should be followed during the pandemic e.g. some people were not wearing masks, and the buffet is self service; This is very dangerous because everyone is touching the same spoon over and over. They need to follow more strict measures and focus on cleaning and sanitizing.
