Paradise!! The staff are fantastic and attentive. We snorkeled every morning and saw different fish each time in addition to the turtles, stingrays and squid. Each pool has something to offer. We will be back. Make sure to walk up to the Fort as it is very interesting and offers great views

We stayed in the newest building and it was wonderful (Oceans One-Bedroom Suite). Beautiful property. Fantastic service from Amanda at the pool bar, and Gregory at Mix At Oceans. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Our checkin was very easy and Elvis was very kind and explained everything well. He assisted me a few times and was very accommodating and helpful. Other staff during our stay were hit or miss on their mood. Several times it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I wouldn't recommend doing all inclusive unless you just don't want to leave the resort. Reason being is, the food was subpar and you run out of adequate options by day 2 or 3. The beach during our stay had lots of seaweed that smelled terribly making it hard to use the beach. It wasn't raked up until the day we left. Our room was clean and housekeeping came by everyday. All in all, we won't be back to this resort.

We enjoyed the helpful, service from the staff and how clean the grounds where. The beach could have been cleaner and food service faster, one restaurant wasnt open our entire stay. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay at the Divi Resorts was very disappointing. The waitress at Gizmo’s was not very pleasant and barely checked on us. We had to wait so long just for water and she had an attitude. The food on the resort was not good. Our room had a non working phone almost the entire trip and we didn’t have wifi for about 3 days. For checkout, we scheduled 2 pick up times for our luggage and one person had to go down to the front desk, which isn’t close to the building we were in, to get a bell man to get our suitcases We had to do that twice since we had 2 different pickup times. Overall, the stay at Divi was not pleasant, the communication was poor and we experienced a lot of inconveniences. They have to do better. Despite the unpleasant experience, we did meet some really nice staff members; J from the bar was really nice and Sandrine was an absolute doll! She was sweet , apologetic and accommodating!
