Our stay at the Divi Resorts was very disappointing. The waitress at Gizmo’s was not very pleasant and barely checked on us. We had to wait so long just for water and she had an attitude. The food on the resort was not good. Our room had a non working phone almost the entire trip and we didn’t have wifi for about 3 days. For checkout, we scheduled 2 pick up times for our luggage and one person had to go down to the front desk, which isn’t close to the building we were in, to get a bell man to get our suitcases We had to do that twice since we had 2 different pickup times. Overall, the stay at Divi was not pleasant, the communication was poor and we experienced a lot of inconveniences. They have to do better.
Despite the unpleasant experience, we did meet some really nice staff members; J from the bar was really nice and Sandrine was an absolute doll! She was sweet , apologetic and accommodating!
