Terrible customer service…AVOID!!!
Well, for the price charged I knew it would be small & basic & I was ok with this, however the solo room was basically a cupboard. Upon arrival, the man on reception was friendly and helpful, but as soon as there was a problem, his demeanour changed, and he could not be bothered one bit, the TV wasn’t working, so I asked for some help, he came, and had a look, and said well it should work, even though he couldn’t get it to work, and he said he was busy and had to go, just completely not interested. Following this I then realised there was no duvet on the bed, just sheets with a blanket which was not enough for how cold it was during the night. Because of the location of this particular room, it’s directly next door to all passing guests with the thinnest of doors, so very noisy, overall a very uncomfortable stay, and terrible service. I would never stay here again, I would recommend people avoid the solo room & not being able to watch TV was disappointing, and there was no offer to change rooms or do anything from the hotel.

Very happy.
I really enjoyed my tiny room. It was quiet at night & although the room was cold at night I did have my own heater. I didn't like the fact the bedding consisted of a flat sheet & a throw, but it did the job. I still would have much preferred a proper duvet, especially as it was so cold. Was under the impression I would receive new towels each day, so I was pleasantly surprised when I did. Staff were friendly.

First night was a nightmare experience as we were allocated a twin the attic 5th floor.there was no lift and I was with a partly disabled person who had recently had a knee operation.however, gentleman at reception was very understanding,apologetic and did his best to change us room next day giving us one on the ground floor.room was super comfy,clean,with kettle,good beds and quiet.good,convenient,safe,central area in this famous London neighborhood

Nice room near Notting Hill Gate
Good room, location great, shower good, reception friendly. Top floor, but no view unfortunately. Only downer was the smell in the bathroom, not nice.
