We were incredibly impressed with Princess Heights. The staff were absolutely lovely from check-in to check-out. We were offered a late check-out which was much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Lovely views and a very nice pool. Continental breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The place is big but amenities are limited . Sofa Bed was not comfortable or appealing . I was upgraded because of value member ; however, upgrade was not useful for me . I requested 2 beds as part of upgrade and I did not get 2 beds .

The Condo was so nice and I loved the view. I didn't care so much about seeing the roofs of the resort below us. But other than that the view outward was just breath taking. The only recommendation I see if they need to add an elevator where the steps are to go down from the building to get to the outside. You take the elevator to the first floor and then have to walk around to the right side to go down several flights of stairs in which and elevator could be installed in this area. All in all very happy with my stay.

The room was lovely. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and they decorated the room for us and had a chilled bottle of wine waiting which was so sweet. The view was spectacular and the service was great.
