The reception staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was tired. Decor was drab. Bedroom was sufficient for stay. Breakfast menu limited, items advertised not available. Price reflects the stay.

Friendly and genuine greeting. Our room's card reader was faulty, but it was no problem at all for whoever was on reception to unlock the door when required. Free parking, room was good and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be.

The hotel is in good condition and in a nice area with cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a family room which was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was there is very limited parking, we were fortunate to get the last parking space but other than that I can't fault our stay. Would happily stay here again.
