My name is Blanca Tezanos, and I stayed at this hotel from the night of Saturday, July 20th, to the 21st. We arrived around 10 pm and were initially assigned room 224 or 223, which haven't have a window only screen and no lock at the door. After complaining at the front desk, we were moved to room 223 or 224, which was in terrible condition, including a broken door lock, the towel rack was broken and torn from the wall, with the bar lying on the floor. Despite Monica's kind assistance, no more rooms were available, and the security personnel reassured us that there would be no issues, but we felt unsafe and had to place a chair against the door.
In addition to these issues, the room had no towels, we couldn't shower because there were no towels available in the hotel. The room and bathroom were very dirty. Given these problems, I was surprised when the room charge was $124 at checkout. I requested a discount and the manager gives 10% Considering the poor condition of the room and the inconvenience we experienced, the price does not reflect the quality provided. I sent another email to the manager Mina to request a bigger discount and she did not respond to my email.
