I selected this hotel for its low price and the advertised shuttle to Disney parks. But in the end this hotel wasn't what I thought it was due to an unexpectedly high amenities fee and the poor quality of the shuttle.
The shuttle also ran only twice, once so early that we had to wait outside the park for an hour, and once so late that it was useless to us. It also only went to Epcot, which was very inconvenient. I don't know if there was something I missed or other shuttles because the bus wasn't marked, there were no signs, and the only guidance the front desk gave me was "it leaves at 7:15 and comes back at 9". After the first time on the shuttle I stuck to rideshare apps, which ended up costing me more than the hotel room did over the course of the trip, but at least took me where I needed to go.
As far as other amenities, they were pretty sparse and not at all deserving of a separate fee. I never got the wifi to work, the three tiny towels we were given made the pool impractical, and we were given two of the smallest tubes of shampoo I have ever seen and nothing else. I enjoyed the breakfast well enough though, so credit where credit is due.
One last annoyance: people in the lobby kept hounding me with what I assume were timeshare schemes and they would not respect my polite but firm "I am not interested".
All in all: I wasn't expecting much, and I still got was less than that. I've learned my lesson about trying to cheap-out on a hotel for a trip like this.
