    Will not stay again

    Checking in was quick but the customer service was awful , didn’t explain anything barely even looked at me, they weren’t busy so not like she was in a rush , bed uncomfortable, nothing special about the room , room phone wasn’t capable of calling the front desk! Breakfast was a joke! Not enough plates for everyone , food was mediocre , didn’t even have the little flavor creamers for coffee no waffle machine nothing! Eggs were watery and gross sausage links oily! Staff were not attentive whatsoever! I’m honestly not one to complain and was trying to make the best of it but seriously what we paid for 2 nights was ridiculous to what we were offered! Oh walls are paper thin you hear everything! So much more more but you get the hint

    Not a great experience.

    The stay was disappointing to say the least. The staff was pleasant and it appeared the cleaning staff had done their best with surface level cleaning. However, the hotel is old and hasn’t been updated in years. The carpet appeared filthy and stained throughout the hotel. In our room their was toothpaste on the shower curtain and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Their was evidence of leaks throughout the hotel which of course leads to the smell of mold. For the price of $200 a night, I expected much more.

    Will not pay more than 100 dollars to stay

    Glad the cub is closed. Still smells really smoked out in the hallway & elevator. Down stairs is clean but once you go into the elevator you’re at your own risk with the foul odor. Although the rooms were clean.

    Fleas and mildew

    The first room they gave me smelled wet, AC didn’t feel like it worked and after about 5 minutes I noticed fleas on my feet and legs. The lady at the front counters first response was no one else had complained. Will not stay at a Ramada ever again. The second room also Smelled wet, shower wasn’t clean. Just overall gross. I stay in a lot of hotels not always the best but this was by far the worst.

    Would Not Recommend

    We were given a nice impression upon check-in, but later that night, the hotel (my room in particular) smelled of smoke and weed although there is a no-smoking policy. Also, due to COVID-19, room service is not offered until after check-out and guests must go to front desk to pick up towels and cloths. The internet/wifi is inconsistent. Kitchen staff ran out of plates during breakfast and there was door slamming and yelling on our floor around 4am...waking me up. Online images are misleading, as some are photo-shopped, ie. Front Page bar area. Facility was not well-kept. Would not recommend at all.

    When you walk into the lobby you’re thinking oh thank goodness this is a nice hotel. Nope. Stop there. We got to our room, and the room is overpowered with the smell of mold/mildew. Beds are hard. I went downstairs to have our room switched. The second room they gave us, half the lights didn’t work. There was mold in the shower. It was midnight at that point so we just decided to stay the one night and go home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
