Hazardous shower. Lock of clothing storage.
First, I couldn't unpack as there was no where to store my clothing, second the first night we couldn't sleep well as there was an strong marijuana odor coming out of the room to the left and the worst thing was the shower floor that was very slippery and when i first went in for a shower i almost fell back against the shower door, thanks God I was able to recover my balance otherwise I would had been in the hospital now. What you have there in that room is a big accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. You should at least install some of those holding bars on the shower walls my mainly do something with that slippery floor. After I came out of the shower I warned my wife of the floor and threw a small towel on it so her feet can get a grip.

Didn’t like closet toilet, shower head doesn’t allow for quick shower and avoid getting hair wet and no shower cap provided. Room Card didn’t work in elevator and receptionist thought it was our fault, later that elevator was out of service. Bedding sets super hot! Terrible sleep experience.

Tried to get an early check in since we were staying at the hotel because of a surgery on Thursday and follow up on Friday. The woman on the phone told me I would have to go to the property in order to see if a room was available. No t convenient since I was waiting for my husband to get out of surgery
