Another great stay
I stay at this hotel frequently, as it is so convenient to get to and then travel around London and Essex. The hotel has ample parking, good comfortable, clean en-suite rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar on site. The staff are all so friendly, it’s a pleasure staying there. I will be back again in 2025.

Our stay at Thurrock Best Western hotel, was very good, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very nice, clean and really good facilities. We had a lovely tasty evening meal and a really good breakfast. Thank you

Another excellent stay
Have stayed here many times. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M25, close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Plenty of car parking, hotel grounds clean. Check in was quick and easy and the lobby was clean and festively decorated. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Restaurant and bar are nice, well stocked and reasonably priced. Food is lovely. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I visit the area and will be back again soon.
