Great Hotel to rest in between flights
i stayed in the hotel only for 4 hours to rest before taking an early morning flight back to LA.
The staff was very friendly and effective doing the check in procedures considering that i arrived at the hotel at Midnight, together with other 10 people from BKK; I was able to be in my room and rest in less then 10 minutes from the moment I arrived at the reception.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service from and to the Airport that was very useful; I suggest calling the hotel reception upon arrival before collecting the luggage, that will give them enough time to send the shuttle and minimize the waiting time.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and the quality of the materials used for the furniture and the shower.
Some noise could be heard from the traffic of people from the hallway, but i feel this is something acceptable considering that high amount of people checking in and out
