First meal in the property, I ordered a burger and got food poisoning ( although the hotel waived the burger cost after I reported them my health condition) The hotel is in the middle of no where and take at least an hour no matter where you want to go. Reception Staff can barely communicate. One of the nights, I asked for fork and a spoon over the phone. Called them 3 times and repeated my requested, however, no one showed up. They organise some sort of catering in the morning, which overcrowds the dining area, makes it noisy and its just not what you expect in a Resort Hotel. Overall, my stay was regrettable.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel, it's ok quality, at a great price. Staff were great. I stayed there for a night and throughout the day inbetween flights getting home from Phuket to London. Better coffee, and a better day time snack / lunch menu could have improved it, or a snack / coffee bar separate from the restaurant. Looks like they had one in the spa area but wasn't open.
