Won't stay again.
Check in took 40mins. The receptionist's communication in this time was non-existent. We had pre booked but she couldn't find a dog-friendly room available until another member of staff arrived and pointed out that they were available. When we arrived at the room it was a twin instead of the double we had booked. Given the lengthy process of getting a room, we weren't for trying with the receptionist to sort it. There were pet urine stains on the carpet and walls. The money collected as a deposit to house a pet should be used to sort this.
The room key had to be reset several times even in just our short stay, and our room was quite a trek from reception so this became frustrating.
We had paid for two nights but left after the first.
