Great stay!!
I haven’t stayed in a Best Western hotel for awhile and I glad I chose this Hotel. The front desk were very professionals and patients with questions not only from me but other guests as well. The room service was great and provided everything that we needed (hats off to them). Also, the hotel is very close to Universal parks and they have free shuttle to the parks, even though I did not use the shuttle but I heard from other guests that it was good. I wasn’t able to eat their free breakfast, late sleeper😁, but my daughter did and she said it was good. I did tried their free 24 hour coffee and it was very good. The hotel is kept clean at all times and doesn’t smell like other ones. The bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here next time Im in Orlando.

Tried to call for a couple of days prior to arrival and after arrival date to cancel because my wife got very sick and no answer so I can’t give a review so lost the money

Overall great stay and great staff
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were tended to appropriately. We had a toilet issue that was fixed before we returned. Each time we asked for room to be cleaned, the linens were changed. Only downfall was the vent did not work in the bathroom amd when we opened the toilet top to check why it wasnt flushing, it had mold on the rim. The AC faced directly on one side of the bed making it difficult to stay warm on that side but was able to put my luggage stacked by that side to kinda block it from hitting so much.

Great universal studios location
Very clean and convenient to universal studios. We walked over the pedestrian bridge to enter the park. Super convenient and close. Less than a mile walk. Also close to a millers ale house and other eaterys. Checked in early , hassle free. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.

Worst experience of our lives.
When we arrived at the hotel we realized that the parking lot was being used for a music festival. There was no parking available anywhere. Upon checking in I asked if we could leave our car by the front door and was told only for a little while. After realizing that the problem was only getting worse as people continued to pour onto the property, we decided to leave. We were told that we would not be refunded for the stay because the parking situation was out of the hotels control. We will never stay at a best western again. This business cares nothing about customer service. There is no way a person can stay at a hotel where there is no place to park their car. If they are going to use their parking lot for local events, they need to close the hotel in order to do so

Room looked dirty and had an awful smell, like urine covered up with chemical cleaners. I’ve stayed at best western plus many times, this is one I wouldn’t stay at again. The breakfast, and the distance to universal was the only real upside.

We had issues in our room of a moldy shower head. We complained several times and it was fixed the day before check out. The room itself smelled of mold. The manager never came out to talk to us ridiculous

Was okay. Great location but I do realize that the area was hit by a hurricane a couple days before. so over looking the dirty areas. Food was mediocre cold eggs and dried up sausage links. Shuttle only went once to universal and only one return trip.
