"Check in and check out was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant at the desk. The rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. Even though I noticed people with pets (dogs) --- I never heard them. Our room entire stay was quiet --- to the point where I felt like we were the only ones there. During our stay we needed batteries for our remote and our toilet unclogged; both were addressed immediately with just a quick call to the desk. The evening security guard was pleasant and remembered us as we left and entered the building. The male guests get an extra shout out too. It was just my daughter and I on the trip and they made a point to let us on and off the elevator each time we went on; even my 12 year old daughter noticed it."

"The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic. My flight had been cancelled and it was late, so to be treated well by a smart and friendly person after a hellish day of flights and delays was great. The shuttle driver in the morning was TERRIFIC!! Note: there was a small hole in the wall of my room which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. "

"My daughters, husband, and I stayed one night. They enjoyed the swimming pool, however there is some construction obstructing the view. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The area has many dining options within walking distance. There is a parking garage on site with in and out privileges for $52 a day. It met our expectations for what we needed—reasonably priced, clean accommodations close to Temple University."
