Sonder-Subpar
The worst service in my 30 years of business travel. The keypad for my door was broken. I waited 60 minutes on two different occasions to get it fixed. I tried contacting Sonder directly, did not get one reply. There were no extra blankets. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. I had to replace them. The main elevator was broker. I am challenging this stay on my credit card. Sonder had the absolute worst hospitality service I ever encountered.

Although the unit Itself was Ok and definitely what was needed. The walls were worn damaged and ceilings thru out the entire building were definitely in need of structure repair. The keypads used outside and in were not easy and w a homeless person on my shoulder push to come in made it even more difficult as I couldn’t get the pad working . If the handle these items. Maybe it would be a higher rated.
