The worst service in my 30 years of business travel. The keypad for my door was broken. I waited 60 minutes on two different occasions to get it fixed. I tried contacting Sonder directly, did not get one reply. There were no extra blankets. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. I had to replace them. The main elevator was broker. I am challenging this stay on my credit card. Sonder had the absolute worst hospitality service I ever encountered.
