"Evilion Hotel was perfect for our time in Chania. We are a family of 5 so enjoy a little space to spread out. The suite we stayed in was very large with a spacious living/eating/kitchen area as well as one of two bathrooms. Upstairs, there were two large bedrooms and a second bathroom. "When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. "We were there a week. Everything was great from check in to checkout! Katerina met us late in the evening so we could check in. Dimitris gave us a lot of tips and ideas what to see and where to go! Really appreciated that. Apartment was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. No problem to cook and prepare meals. The pool was warm & clean , no problem to get sunchairs. Room cleaning everyday. "We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach

"Elotis is an nice little hotel. We really appreciated that housekeeping kept it very clean. Staff was most kind and helpful. Since its a small hotel, staff recognizes you and all receptionist, gardener, bartender nods and say hello when you leave or enter hotel area. Hotel is close to local road where there is continous traffic by cars and buses during day, but we were not disturbed very much by that. Hotel is just 75 meters from the beachbeach
