"The property was great for the kids with plenty of pool and water slides and even a water park. The rooms def could have been cleaner and the staff was not pleasant at times !"

Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around.
Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties. "

"Restaurant staff were fine, the food, however, was, on a whole, not good. The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of options, but the birds feeding on the food that was not covered was a little gross. A smaller resort, which was fine, never had to scramble for a pool or beach chaise. Entertainment was ok, and the bars were great when they weren’t out of an ingredient for your favorite drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. After a much needed updating it could be a real gem. "

"Merakii is a gem. If you have the chance to stay here don’t pass it up. Adrienne was wonderful and the property is paradise. We enjoyed the modern clean room, the super comfortable beds and the bar at the pool. Everything was a short taxi ride away. We can’t wait to come back!"

The hirt girl who works the bar was very aggressive and down right rude my last night. I asked for a drink and she literally said “Oh my God” and then started speaking in her native tongue slamming and throwing things around. A young man came over and took my payment. He was very nice. But that girl needs to quit if she’s that...

I love the 3 restaurants located in site as well as the rooftop pool that is a great addition. The room is quite a nice place to sleep and freshen up. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Curaçao. "
