Great property. Staff was amazing, place was clean and smelled good all the time. The pools were wonderful. Thr only thing I would improve is having a cutting board amd scissors in the kitchen. That's it.

Very clean efficiant junior suite was comfortable for our two week stay. Ten minute walk to town center and shopping. Both pool areas are very relaxing. Hostal is one of the nicest I have seen in a long time.Taxi service is very reliable if you dont rent a car.

Nice but outdated hotel in an area and with empty buildings. Glad I didn't do the breakfast or diner @ hotel. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. We used both pools that was nice, cool dip after hot day walking. I did not feel unsafe walking to punda or otrabanda at anytime. Its just sad that the beautiful buildings around the hotel are mostly empty. Cuz it's a great location. The room was clean, the bed was nice. The furniture needs an update. But I had a nice stay for a weekend to see family.

I liked the potential of the property. The staff were not exceptionally friendly. They place lacked basic amenities like soap on our first night. The extra blanket request could only fit a child. Two roaches in the room in 2 days. Sheet on bed torn and old. Cobweb in the room for entire stay. "Buffet" breakfast advertised is false advertising. Monotonous menu items and items ran out without any replacement on one day.
