Un séjour au Paradis
Mon épouse et moi y avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits. Du premier contact à notre départ de l'hotel nous avons reçu un service personnalisé et d'une grande qualité. Au check-in, nous avons été logés dans le tout nouveau bâtiment, les chambres étaient impeccables! Tel que mentionné par beaucoup d'autre, l'hotel est très bien localisé, proche du coeur de Willemstad. Tout est faisable à pied. Il y a également un rooftop très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.Pendant tout notre séjour avec eux Armandy et Yorgelys n'ont eu de cesse d'être sûr que nous ne manquions de rien! Serviettes de plages, bouteille d'eau, idées d'activités ou d'endroit où manger! Ils ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable! MASHI DANKI!

This is a new hotel with a view to the town and sea, nice view, very good service of frontdesk and the bartenders, the bed is very low, room was nice but not clean in the bathroom and the mirrors, need to have control on the housekeeper. No parking space for guest and when you call, the person answer just "hello" instead of "Good day, Elements hotel how can I help you". All by all I will recommend this hotel
