Beautiful and Relaxing
A must stay for a relaxing retreat. It's away from the fast paced party crowd. Perfect place for me and my husband to relax. They even had music out by the pool on Friday night...nice touch. The couples massage was the best we ever had and over looked the beach with the ocean breeze hitting us. They have a fresh bakery and 3 restaurants. You don't have to leave the resort for anything unless you wanted to. We rented a car at the airport and drove into downtown Williamstad. Extremely memorable experience overall. Would stay here again without hesitation.

No VIP access and NO upgrade! We arrived at 2pm and waited to chk in at 3pm bec reception said the room is not yet available. By 2:30pm, I asked if a room was available and the reception said yes. BUT, we were given Garden View 1st floor instead of Ocean View 2nd floor (there's a $5 difference per night. AND, there were other rooms available even on 2nd floor! I wonder why? We did not complain for fear of repercussions during our stay.

The location and view are amazing. The staff is courteous and friendly but I felt they could have walked an extra mile. I had messaged them about celebrating my birthday and an important milestone and there was no aknowledgement. They could have left at least a “happy birthday note or offered a small dessert. Also suggest providing water in the room fridge.
