"Enjoyed walking the endless paths along the waterfront from the hotel in both directions. Roof top was wonderful with great views. The concierges were very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially liked our lovely "meet and greet" person! We forget her name in Spanish but I believe she said it was Claire in English (but much more beautiful in Spanish...Kierra?) and she's from the Canary Islands. Just a truly genuine and kind person. "

"Gorgeous property, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. "We booked 5 nights as a treat to celebrate and restore after finishing my chemotherapy treatment. It was exactly what we needed! We weren’t told it, but we must have got an upgrade as I think we paid a room rate for one of the rooms in the larger, more basic looking complex on the hillside. I think the renovation works were delayed and we ended up in the newer ‘club’ rooms around the pool, which was very welcome. Looking at the hillside complex, it looked quite cramped up there!
