The overall decor was peaceful and stylish. I loved the design of the property minus the off-street parking.

Entrance Codes: We had a 2 – 3-hour delay because of access to entrance to property. I had 2 computer experts and a college professor assisting to gain access. After several hours we received a phone call from a very rude female providing the needed information.
Flood Under the Kitchen Sink on Christmas Eve- The response from the owner Vince “Let me ask him (Alberto from maintenance) if he can fit that on his schedule. Alberto came and repaired the leak/flood under the sink, but nobody came to up the water. I had to clean up the water under the sink and on the floor.
Limited Attentions to details-
3 light bulbs in key places needed to be replaced.
Disorganization of kitchen plans, pots & lids, no wine glasses, some pans were not clean.
Directions for how to use the coffee maker, light switches, and fireplace were readily available.
Eating Area Chair were dirty and stained and detached from the frame from on the chairs.
No access to vacuum or a broom.
Snow Removal- I texted Vince about the snow on the steps and the ground. Vince response: “I currently, due to the snow, I don’t have anyone to send.” However, Vince expected to my family to vacate the property by 10:00 am. This property did have a broom, snow shovel or sand to assist us. Thank God, nobody was fell.
