"I appreciated that the premises and my room were clean when I checked in. However, the bedding on one of the beds and the sofa bed did not appear to be clean.
I also liked the spacious room and the breakfast buffet area, which overlooks the bay. Unfortunately, this area is closed after breakfast, even though it is the nicest place in the hotel to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, I would only stay at this hotel again if it were the only option available and I needed a room for just one night, as there is very little to do on the property.
Another issue was the noise. The freeway was directly outside my window, and the traffic was so loud that at times I thought it was raining. Since the hotel was not very busy during my stay, I asked whether there were any quieter rooms available. The staff member simply told me that noise was an issue throughout the hotel. However, I would have appreciated being offered a room on the bay side or at least being informed that such rooms were available.
The next day, I requested housekeeping service, but the results were disappointing. Only one bed was properly made, the trash was removed, and the other bed was barely attended to. The sofa bed was not made or cleaned at all.
Although the front desk staff and other employees were very polite and courteous, they were unable to provide information about local transportation, nearby attractions, hotel amenities, or Wi-Fi. I asked three different employees, and none of them seemed to know the a"
