スタッフさんがとてもお優しいでホステルです。
今回生まれて初めて関東から京都へ遠征をしたのですが、パニック障害による発作が起き体調を崩してしまいました。 そのことをスタッフさんに伝えると、お水を下さり｢他に何かあったら相談して下さいね。｣と優しく笑顔で対応して頂けました。 その後も｢体調の方は大丈夫ですか？｣と何度も気にかけて下さり、お陰様で落ち着くことができました。 お部屋も綺麗でベッドは寝心地もよく、水周りも大変綺麗でした。 この障害が完治できたらまた利用しに行きたいです。

非常適合住宿的地方，很用心的旅舍
整體都非常好，設備完善乾淨，交通位置方便離地鐵很近，還有製作旅舍附近的店家位置地圖，員工很親切友善服務非常好，台灣的員工推薦我去的景點很棒，住混合的上下鋪的下鋪床底下有空間可以放行李，房間門都有密碼鎖。 注意事項:上下鋪的隔音對睡眠敏感的人可能要注意，因為是木頭製的床板，所以可以聽得聲音，但本身覺得影響不大。二樓到三樓沒有運行李的電梯，所以要自己搬行李。

Really good service and nice personnel. Great ambience and good breakfast in the common area. Personnel good with the kids also. Rooms are serving as a really good budget alternative to more expensive hotels or traditional Japanese ryokans. Highest recommendations.
