Shady business
Could not get hold of them for a while to confirm stay. They misrepresented the distance to Zion south entrance, it’s actually 45 miles away. When in Hillsdale, a local store cashier said a couple of girls stayed there for a night and left after the first night creeped out thinking that they were going to get sexually assaulted. The site is close to the former polygamist leader’s compound that was in the news a few years back for marrying underage girls. Hotels.com should really investigate before having this type of business on their website.

Nice idea but could use some improvements
The location is not actually in Zion, will have to drive over about 45minutes-1hour to get to the hikes in Zion. Its was out of the way in a small town that had limited dining. The tent and bed were comfortable and Lester, person who meet us for check in, was friendly and knew lots of local history. They had a nice bonfire at the end of the night. We were treated to lovely poetry by the bonfire. The biggest issue I had was that the bathrooms were porta-potties which I HATE. I do not consider that 'glamping'. Did notice septic system being made, so that will make all the difference.

Glamping without the Glamour for sure....very rustic. A bathroom and shower would be a very nice addition. But the scenery and sleeping accommodation awesome. Super nice hosts...experience definitely worth it.

Glamping
Place and the setup was great and the the management was very responsive. But the heater turned off in the middle of the night and never worked after multiple attempts and we had no signals to call anyone. As a result of which we had to freeze the entries night which was bad.

Piece of paradise!!!
This was a wonderful spot. The individual service was amazing. The area is beautiful and we had the perfect spot. This campground was not only clean, comfortable but the location was perfect, away from the crowds and close to great hikes. We loved this spot!!!

Awesome experience!
The experience was amazing - super comfortable tent & bed, extra blankets and heater since it was a chilly night, perfect campfire and lots of clear sky for stargazing. Fred and staff were super helpful and got us settled with firewood and suggested we check out the farm down the road that offered fresh cheeses and yogurt, and the resident mama cat and her kittens kept us company and shared our breakfast. The only thing slightly less than ideal were the porta-potties - composting toilets might be a better option - but since the operation is still fairly new and finding its way, I have no complaints. You are still camping, obviously, but it was truly a wonderful experience! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We loved it here. Two very comfortable beds. Lovely host to greet us. Thanks Fred. The campsite was clean and great night sky viewing. Portal is not so great- but they were clean and didn’t smell. Showers were portable ones- I didn’t have one but it is camping after all so all adequate. 21 miles from Zion was a shortish drive and ok Nice walk up water Canyon was a lovely beginning to our visit to the National Park at Zion

Clamping in Summer
Stay was good. Location was pretty and nearby hiking trail was a pretty hike. My only complaint is there was no shady area to escape the heat or direct sunlight, like an open shelter or pavilion area.
