Wonderful stay - yes and no
The room was very comfortable and spacious. No complaints. Their grounds are unique and make for great photo ops.
However at breakfast one morning (Sunday) at their restaurant, the staff were overwhelmed and our server must have lost track of our order because tables all around us arrived after us and got their orders before us. Then a different server tried to deliver our order to an adjacent table. The customers said that’s not what they ordered so the server returned our breakfasts to the kitchen before returning a short time later to our table with them. She apologized and said we’d not be charged, which was appreciated (and expected!). We understand mistakes happen, and businesses all around the country are starving for quality workers. It was sure frustrating to see other customers come and go, especially when we were anxious to get our day started well at the national park. We chose not to make a fuss, and the rest of our stay was without incident (though we avoided their restaurant the next morning).
