You could easily walk by this hotel without realizing it was there. It's on a busy street within walking distance of attractions like Neptune Square and Piazza Maggiore. Our room was more like an apartment with a large kitchen, a refrigerator, pots, pans, and a stove. (We used the refrigerator to chill water, but that was about it.)
The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a few hours between checkout and our train. They were happy to store our luggage and even provided a bathroom, which was nice to have before hauling ourselves to the train station.
The hotel seems to be safe. There is a security system to keep intruders out. Rooms are spacious and clean.
