Very friendly staff, and nice rooms. Great location by the beach. Restaurant was under renovation when we visited, but the breakfast offered at nearby Thompson main house was really good. Hotel next door was very noisy, with music from early day to late in the night.

This hotel is in a great location. We have stayed here multiple times. We got a large suite for the new year and were treated like juveniles. I get that people abuse rooms but as repeat guests and loyalty rewards members you'd have thought Hyatt would have done some homework as to who was staying there.

We arrived and had to walk our luggage to the hotel out in the middle of a busy street, the room was filled with tiny bugs, cracks in the walls and ceiling, loud loud noise outside until 3 in the morning. For $500 a night I was terribly disappointed. (Never again!!!)

we like that we are beachfront and a block away is the main street for restos and shopping and even a Catholic church. The noise does not reach our room if the balcony door is closed. We like the area very much.
