A bad experience
No check-in information was sent prior to our arrival. At least one hour was wasted after we arrived at the property. After we managed to make several phone calls, one staff finally arrived to show us how to get in the house.
The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website.
The room has terrible smelling.
The property should provide basic toiletries.
It would be better to provide wi-fi.
