I booked the most expensive room on Expedia website was downgraded to the lowest because the room was not accessible for me. This was and is the only fault of Expedia because on the website of Expedia the Family Loft room is advertised as „Wheelchair-accessible“, but could be reached by stairs only! Therefore I expect a compensation from Expedia.

Great place, highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, we had a great stay. The staff were wonderful although service was sometimes slow. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Fabulous sky bar with sunset views. Our room was very comfortable with an enormous bed, good shower and a lovely large and sunny balcony. Close to restaurants ( some on site not belonging to the hotel) and the few attractions in Windhoek. Plenty of parking also.Really the only disappointment was that there was no swimming pool but for a fee or with a treatment we were able to use the pool at the on site spa. The spa could do with more sun beds and replacing the towels which were worn and stained but the treatments we had were excellent.
