Think like a Guest - not part of job description
Level R should just be closed. Each visit the roof top facilities is closed. Closes 7pm??? This is Dubai, life is alive once the sum is down. Management needs to think like s customer... for their experience NOT for their own convenience.
Saif on reception should find another industry to work in....perhaps a salon. Cares more about his hair placement then using knowledge, skill and process for customer checkin experience. Refused to accept anything else apart from the booking reference number. He used my phone to read the booking itinerary email and also couldnt find what he needed. Let Saif know it costs nothing to say "please, thank you, and enjoy your stay" with a smile, but is PRICELESS to the customers experience.
6.55am waited for over 7 minutes at the front desk... UNATTENDED. Until a security personnel came after seeing me on CCTV waiting. Finalled when reception staff came. He was rude, and abrupt because as a client of the hotel, I disturbed him.
I stayed in an adjoining deluxe room. I asked reception if it was occupied. They said no. I requested them to turn off its A/C as was causing cold draft wind under the adjoining door. Finally I showed reception on checkout my bathroom. They didnt seem to care too much. Leaking roof water dripping of floor in bathroom. I hope they fix it before next guest arrives to at least give their experience better than mine
