Dear Elizabeth,
I hope this message finds you well. It was a pleasure speaking with you. As I mentioned during our conversation, the reason I booked for an extended stay was due to my grandfather's critical condition; I was unsure how long he would survive. Sadly, he passed away just an hour before our arrival, and we did not get to see him before his passing.
My scheduled departure is Monday, July 29th, and I would like to request a cash refund. In past visits to Chihuahua, we have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time has been quite the opposite.
The restaurant service has been poor. We had to call for service every time we needed something, such as salt, pepper, or more coffee. Additionally, the room was in very poor condition, and I have attached some pictures for your reference.
As I mentioned to you, when I went to the bar to get a drink, I was met with unwelcoming stares. I stood at the bar, and nobody asked if I needed a drink or how they could help me. The young lady stared at me the entire time without asking for my order. Sergio, who claimed to take orders, is actually responsible for seating guests, not serving drinks. The bartender never addressed me or asked what I would like to order.
