Prezados, minha experiência com o hotel foi péssima. Ao fazer a reserva avisei que chegaria tarde e que viajava acompanhada da família um cachorro de apoio emocional, um labrador. Informação importante: escolhi o hotel por ser pet friendly. Para minha surpresa, porque não recebi nenhum comunicado informando a inviabilidade, não permitiram a entrada do labrador por ser um cão de grande porte. Espere, existe tamanho para ser “Pet friendly”? Ou é apenas fachada? O labrador é muito mais amigável e silencioso do que alguns cães de pequeno porte. Estou decepcionada com o tratamento e principalmente por causa da falta de atenção a pessoas que estão casadas da viagem. Não aconselho ninguém ficar nesse hotel.
