this was our return stay on our 12-day trip. trusty and cheerful dieu greeted and helped with our luggage as before. reception staff were likewise welcoming - thien, truc and their lady chief in a jacket. we had another good stay in a room with a great river view. breakfast was yummy. we just might be back a third time!

Love this hotel and the staffs. They’re the great, very helpful and friendly (Truc, Dieu, Thuy and Tung). Is lovely hotel and our room is on 16 floor so can see amazing city and river view.
